The typical process to apply for becoming a nurse in the USA is as follows:

Apply to take English test.
Upon the eligibility being confirmed, the communication skills will be checked and either TOEFL or IELTS must be attempted and a good score obtained.

On approval from Nursing Board, apply to Pearson for NCLEX test.
After approval from the Nursing Board, the candidate receives an Authorization to Test (ATT). With this, they can register and schedule the NCLEX exam through Pearson VUE. ✅

During this step, all the credentials are presented to the visa authorities and screening happens for the visa.

Presenting Resume to Potential employers
